The members of the YVOTC and MRSA Chorus will be traveling together to NYC to participate in the Carnegie Hall Tour. Ms. Holland is the director of both of these ensembles and will serve as the tour coordinator.
Payments must be made payable to YVOTC, even for students at MRSA Chorus. Ms. Holland must submit one payment for each group (YVOTC and MRSA).
Credit Card Payments may be made through YVOTC’s PayPal account, however, there is a 5% bank charge associated with each transaction (i.e., a $300 payment is $315.00 ).
Students will stay four persons to a room, this may include a chaperone/parent of one of the singers. The price is based on quad occupancy as stated in the information provided by MidAmerican Productions. This was given out to all eligible students.
Trained and experienced Chaperones, having been cleared with a background check, will serve as the Tour Manager and Group Chaperones for all students. They will be with the students at ALL times during their trip.
Fundraising efforts that each student participates in will be credited to their account. Patrons who purchase fundraising items from students can pay PARENTS either by cash or check for their products. Parents must then turn in ONE check (payable to YVOTC) for their child’s total sale amount. Ms. Holland will then calculate the profits and submit your child’s funds to MidAmerica.
